KINGAI-authored layers

Original intelligence, governance, runtime, website and system integration components follow KINGAI's chosen project licensing.

Upstream software

Linux, systemd, GNU, desktop components and other dependencies retain their original licenses and notices.

Models

Third-party model weights are not assumed redistributable. Model licensing is treated separately from OS code.

KINGAI OS is independently developed on an Ubuntu 26.04 LTS technology base and is distributed subject to applicable upstream open-source licenses and trademark rules.
